We will work with you to determine hotel needs for you and your guests. From there we will negotiate rates, book up to 3 room blocks in a range of price points to offer your guests, and maintain the room blocks with your hotel partners to ensure your guests have an excellent stay at their hotel for your event weekend!

When your blocks close for booking we will send a detailed rooming list from each hotel.
